I’m taking bets on how long this will last.
We went through all of Daniel’s legos yesterday and sorted them. Every. Single. One.
He has a ridiculous amount of legos.
He’s been wanting an easier way to sift through them to build something, so I went and got some storage containers and we went to town.
Now if he dumps these containers or starts mixing legos I think I might cry.
I’m sure it’s only a matter of time, though. So, I’m wondering how long this organization shall last?
A week? A day? A month? We shall see…

We have two wonderful little boys. D3 is a very smart, very sweet nine year old. L is very sweet, very spunky five year old.

You are awesome! We did a major lego sort last year and I won’t discourage you by telling you how long (or rather, short) it lasted. The boys have been asking to do it again, but I just don’t know that I have it in me! So, what was your plan? Are they by type? I never know if it’s better to go by size or by color…you’ll have to keep me posted on how your way works!

I sorted by size and I had no idea there were so many different sizes until we got started!
I think you have lost it! Time to bring in the white jacket and padded walls! We have two places for legos: one large, plastic tub and the vacuum cleaner! Your collection of legos looks absolutely breathtaking all neatly arranged by size. I’m glad you took pictures; they will definitely last longer!
