I love a good seasonal dessert, who am I kidding? I love all desserts. So I thought I would share a few cute Easter desserts.
A couple of years ago, I made this for the kid’s Easter dessert:
I’m not sure how Eastery this dessert is, but all kids love a dirt cake! This is actually dirt pudding. I bought a new little pail and shovel and put chocolate pudding inside of it and then crushed Oreos on top of the pudding and stuck the shovel inside. The kids seemed to enjoy this treat!
Last year, I found a recipe for a rainbow cake and it was wonderful! It was so fun, yummy, and this recipe was low fat to boot!
A teacher at my school brought these super cute treats in the other day:
She left out the coconut, but it’s cute with it as well.
I found another version that I think I might have to try.
These brownies look yummy and I’m sure you could dress up cookies to look similar.
And I can’t forget the Easter basket cupcake. These are cute and easy and I’ve made them with groups of kiddos a few times. I’ve never used the coconut, just green icing. You could get all domestic and pipe green icing on to look like grass if you wanted.
I’m still not sure what Easter dessert we’ll have around here this year. Decisions, decisions…
